Why do we have answers for the prognosis,such as question 214 in periodontics specialist exam?I don't think that the answer in here is hopeless

What should I do if I get AUTOMATED NOTIFICATION "you can solve more unattempted questions once you complete revision of your previously attempted questions" ?

i've revised them but still cannot move on to next questions. 
 

please advice!??

Am I eligible for SDLE general dentist with BDS (4 years) and M.Phil. Oral Pathology (2 years) from Pakistan?

I have completed my BDS from Khyber College of Dentistry, Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, KP, Pakistan, with 67% marks in 2017. I have completed my house job/internship in the same teaching hospital and achieved nothing less than excellent in my clinical rotations. soon after my house job, I started working in a clinic and had 3 years of clinical experience. 

In 2020, I admitted to M.Phil. Oral Pathology in Sardar Begum Dental College, Gandhara University, Peshawar, KP, Pakistan, and recently (in December) cleared my final exams with 82.8% marks. 
I also have an experience of 2 years of experience as a teacher & research assistant at Sardar Begum Dental College and 6 months of experience as a Research Officer at Peshawar Medical College which was cut short because I had to move to Saudi Arabia because of my husband's relocation for his job. 
I have zero knowledge of how to work as a dentist here in Saudi Arabia.
I prefer to follow the Academic Pathway, i.e., work as a lecturer in research or oral pathology cadre. This comes under the basic sciences area. Do I have to take SDLE for this, or can I pursue this path without SDLE? 
If I have to take SDLE and get the license first, can you please guide me with the steps I have to follow?
